Please be informed that the Philippine Health Research Ethics Board (PHREB) will hold its 3rd National Conference with the theme “Thriving in the New Normal”, in partnership with the Department of Science and Technology - Philippine Council for Health Research and Development (DOST-PCHRD).
The conference aims to frame research ethics in the new normal and develop new skills in ethics review. It will also highlight experiences and changes that have to be undertaken to address pressing issues in research ethics and the review of proposals. In this regard, may we invite you and your researchers to attend the conference on November 9-10, 2021.
There will be plenary and parallel sessions during this one-and-a-half-day conference. Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, the said conference will be using an online platform (Zoom and Facebook Live). Expected to attend are representatives from the government, non-government organizations, bioethicists, higher educational institutions, research organizations, and other stakeholders.
