Training-Workshop on Basic Research Methods
The Health Research and Development Consortium - Region XII (HRDC-XII), in collaboration with the Department of Science and Technology Regional Office No. 12, Department of Health Regional Office 12 and Philippine Council for Health Research and Development, conducted a three-day training-workshop on "Basic Research Methods" last September 26-28, 2016 at the East Asia Royale Hotel, General Santos City. Dr. Jesus N. Sarol, Jr. and Dr. Jennifer Nailes served as mentors to more than 40 health researchers from the different HRDC-XII member agencies. At the end of the activity, the HRDC-XII Secretariat encouraged participants to submit their research proposals for possible funding under the Regional Research Fund (RRF) Initiative project of PCHRD-DOST and DOH.
